UPDATE (February 23rd): We have a winner! Congratulations to Michael Hunt (MWHUNT), whose time-lapse clip of Japanese commuters in a busy street received over 60 votes from our community and took home the $300 prize in B&H credits. Nicely done!
If you also want to vamp up your equipment with nice awards, just stay tuned for more challenges and competitions on Pond5 by subscribing to our blog. Meanwhile, enjoy the selection of all finalists to this challenge below, whose clips were all equally great and deserving of the prize.
For our first Contributor Challenge, we asked our contributors to upload their best and most recent time-lapses to our site. We received an overwhelmingly positive number of good entries, giving our curators a real hard time narrowing it down to only 10 finalists. But here they are!
It is now up to you to choose your favorite and decide who will take home the big prize of $300 in B&H credits. Click on your favorite clip below and leave a comment with #pond5timelapsechallenge in the comments section to vote for the winner. If you are logged in Facebook, you can vote by choosing the “Facebook Comment” tab and even share it with your peers. If you are only logged in Pond5, you can also vote through by using the “Pond5 Comment” tab. Check the image below for the step by step.
May the best clip win! Voting is open until February 20th. Stay tuned for more Pond5 competitions this month!
